About Us
Quality Silver was launched in January 2003, and following the success of that we decided to launch Quality Titanium in Mach 2005 after the popularity of our titanium jewellery range on the Quality Silver website.
The sites are run by the husband and wife team consisting of Jason and Helen.
Jason has worked in jewellery commissions & repairs for nearly 20 years and specialises in high value quality jewellery mainly manufactured in 18ct gold and platinum. As he is highly skilled within this area we are also happy to advise our clients on these topics but are unable to offer these services on our websites due to the complexities involved.
It is largely through Jason's interest in new and contemporary ranges of silver & titanium, that the websites have been launched, not forgetting the desire to run a successful business.
Helen has a general background in accounts administration, as well as extensive experience with liaising with customers and suppliers by various means. She is responsible for customer services, order processing and dispatch.
It is our aim to provide you the customer with an efficient service along with hand picked quality items. We deal only with high standard suppliers and designers such as Kit Heath and Tianguis Jackson.
We welcome your comment at any time, or your e-mails should there be an item you are trying to find - we are expanding both websites all the time, and therefore we may still be able to obtain a product even if it is not on either web site. We have access to the full range of Kit Heath and Tianguis Jackson ranges even if it is not shown on the web sites.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard via Paypal.co.uk and Nochex.co.uk. You may also send a cheque with your order form.
Minimum order value of £19.95
You have a cooling off period of 7 days to cancel your order and 30 days to return any item after receipt. Details of which will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our Web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery
All orders are packaged within a secure Jiffy bag and sent via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.
We are currently offering free postage on all UK orders regardless of value.
International orders will be charged at £5.50 per order.

All items returned to us for a refund or exchange must be at your own cost.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days if the item is in stock. Most items are dispatched in 1 - 3 days. Some handmade items may take a little longer. Please allow a little extra time near Christmas.
International orders are generally received in under 10 working days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security
All Credit and Debit cards are processed on secure servers by Protx and Paypal.co.uk
At no time do we come into contact with , or store your credit card information.

Guarantee
Every single item ordered is double checked to ensure it is of the highest quality. All products are brand new (unless stated otherwise) and are covered by a full 12 month guarantee against manufacturing faults. Our guarantee does not cover misuse or accidental damage.
Any item that is received damaged or incorrectly supplied will be exchanged free of charge within 7 days of receipt by us.
Some of our jewellery is designed as fashion accessories only and are not recommended for every day wear; in particular this will apply to textured finish jewellery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Should you not be happy with any product or service that we have supplied then you may make a complaint in writing to our address listed on this page or by e-mail to services@qualitysilver.co.uk where your complaint will be dealt with within 3 working days. We will also inform you of our procedures and a time frame for your complaint to be concluded. All complaints are taken seriously and we aim to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction in a timely manner.

Returns Policy
Any item may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in a saleable condition with all the original packaging enclosed. Any item that has been scratched or marked will be returned.
REFUNDS: We will refund the full purchase price of your order excluding postage, equivalent to £1.95 for Recorded Delivery, £4.95 for Special Delivery and £5.50 for international orders.
EXCHANGES: We are happy to exchange your item for another or perhaps another finger size but will need to charge £1.95 for Recorded Delivery, £4.95 for Special Delivery and £5.50 for International orders. Please make any cheques made payable to "Helen Beer"
RETURNS SECTION: Any item purchased from our returns section is only available in the size and finish stipulated. We will still refund on these items but we are unable to exchange for a different finger size or finish unless the customer agrees to pay the difference in price between the discounted and non discounted price, and return postage costs.
DISCONTINUED SECTION: These items are still covered by our 30 day returns policy but we are unable to exchange for another finger size or finish unless this item is marked as being in stock. These items are sold on the basis of a limited quantity and no guarantee of stock availability.
CANCELLATION : You may cancel your order within 7 days (cooling off period) without reason if your order has not already been dispatched by sending an e-mail to sales@quality-titanium.co.uk. If your order has been dispatched then you may still return the items for a refund, please see above.
If the article was part of a discounted set and only part of the set has been returned then the refund will be the difference between the full price of the kept article and the promotional price.
Postage costs will not be refunded unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault with the article.
Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. All returned articles are returned entirely at your own risk, and cost. Please ensure that they are fully insured for loss or damage, we recommend that you return goods by "Special Delivery"
Refunds will be made by Paypal, Nochex or Cheque so please include any details that we may need in order to refund you.
All returned items are not resold on the website; all items are sold on Ebay.co.uk as returned items or returned to the manufacturer. For this reason we are happy to accept returned earrings.
