We can personalise your gift box for just £3.95 with any item of jewellery purchased from us. 

We will supply a decorative highly polished aluminium plaque (50mm x 25mm) with your choice of engraving. We can engrave any style of font and even graphics or company logos for no extra charge.  

The plaque is highly polished (mirror like) but is shown darker on the picture as it is reflecting the surrounding colours of our photographic studio. 

Please note: This is a non returnable item. You may return the jewellery for refund or exchange but we will not be able to refund for the engraving. 

From September 2009 we have extended this service to now include rings boxes. All engraved gift tags for ring boxes will be fitted to a blue leatherette double ring box which is large enough 2 fit two of our rings in. This service adds a finishing touch when purchasing a pair of wedding rings.

Entering text on the Website 

If you wish to have just text in a standard font offered when purchasing the product then you will be able to do this easily by selecting your font, adding the product to the cart and then entering your chosen text. Your text will be entered on to one line in the checkout but we will arrange this prior to printing so that it is spaced out over more lines. 

There is no limit to the amount of characters you can have, the only drawback is that the font will reduce in size; we would recommend between 3 to 5 lines with 20 to 30 characters on each line. 

Choosing another font or laying out your design yourself 

Should you wish to use another font not offered, or to space your text yourself then please select “e-mail choice” in the options box and type “E-mail” in the text box in the checkout. Once you have formatted your text then please e-mail it to us and we will proceed with your engraving. 

Graphics and logos 

We are happy to engrave any graphics or logos, or your own complete design on to the plaque and have included a template for you to use in your own graphics software, we are unable to design this for you or supply any pictures. All artwork must be your own design which you hold copyright for. 

If using our template then please observe the following. 

The plaque measures 50mm x 25mm but must have a 1mm gap around the edge, shown in grey. We would recommend not going too close to the grey edge.

 The background must remain BLACK, whilst the engraved detail must be WHITE. Our engraving machine will only engrave what is shown on the plaque in white. 

Once you have finished your design save it as a Jpeg or Bitmap image and e-mail it to us. Be careful if you are compressing the image as this can cause a loss of quality.

Blank template. Right click and "copy" or "save as" in order to use on your own computer.	Template should look like the one above once completed and shown finished on a leatherette box as seen at the top of the page.
